RETURNS

  • Merchandise, with the exception of swimwear presented after 14 days will be credited based on the current selling price. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days

Do you provide International delivery?

 

For international orders, orders must receive an invoice for international delivery service charges. Shipping fees vary by location and weight class.

 

How do I return an item?

 

When returning items, you must keep all tags and labels on the garments alongside all packaging material. Email request to return and direction will be sent to you via email.

 

What is your returns policy?

 

LADASKA MECHELLE has a 14 day return policy from day of package arrival. For returns made with an order summary form within 14 days of purchase, we will refund the full purchase price minus shipping costs to your original form of payment. For returns without an order summary form after 14 days of purchase, we will give you online store credit.

For custom orders, we do not accept returns on any merchandise. However, if you purchased swimwear, it must not be worn, altered, or washed.

How do I track my order?

 

 After your order has been placed and sent to the carrier for shipment, you may track your order through the shipping carrier's website .You will receive a shipping confirmation email after your order has been shipped which will include the carrier's tracking number for your reference. We use Federal Express and the United States Postal Service as our preferred carriers. .

 

Do you ship to P.O. Box locations?

 

LADASKA MECHELLE does not currently ship packages to any address containing a PO Box. In order to provide the fastest delivery service to our customers, all packages are shipped via UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS which does not accept PO Boxes as shipping addresses. 

 

What are your delivery options?

 

We offer three different delivery options. Standard Delivery (5-7 business days), Rush Delivery (3-5 business days)  and Next Business Day Delivery (1 business day). Depending on location, average delivery time is 4-7 business days. from the shipping date. Next day is 1 business day if order is not placed by 1pm the day prior.  

A business day is considered any day other than Saturday, Sunday, holidays or other business closings. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses have longer arrival times.
