Often times, women find themselves shopping for hours to find that one "perfect" bathing suit for the Summer. LADASKA MECHELLE found the formula that women have desperately been craving for. Due to the demand of luxury swimwear customized towards "real" women's body shapes, LADASKA MECHELLE was started in 2009 to fill the void in the swimwear market.
Emerging Designer, La'Daska Powell, began to develop her swimwear line shortly after her husband deployed to Iraq. Designing gave her a sense of stability and satisfaction during the challenging times.
Our vision is to design luxury swimwear for "real" women based on various body shapes. Our swimwear captures the true essence of a woman who want to feel sexy and confident while lounging near the beach or poolside.
Because we take pride in developing the "perfect fit" bathing suit, we ensure that quality is a major factor when designing each piece.
